Information collected

When you submit an enquiry, VesselWorx collects the contact, vessel and project information you provide, together with any optional attachment.

Why it is used

Information is used to respond to your request, assess the likely work, prepare recommendations or quotations, and maintain an appropriate business record. It is not sold.

Lawful basis and retention

Enquiry data is processed to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for legitimate business administration. Records should be retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, contractual, tax, insurance or legal purposes.

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Contact hello@vesselworx.co.uk about these rights or any privacy concern.

Service providers

Website hosting and enquiry storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Resend processes website email notifications, and Google Workspace handles our enquiry mailbox. Enquiry details and optional attachments are shared with these providers as needed to operate the service and respond to you.

Cookies

This V1 site does not use non-essential advertising or tracking cookies. Essential platform security and delivery technologies may be used to operate the site.
